receiving keys just became a whole lot easier with salto ks

SALTO KS’s newest update takes the confusion out of receiving digital keys. From now on, recipients of a SALTO Digital Keys invitation link won’t have to create a full user account to access the digital key; they can simply create a ‘guest’ account by entering their first and last name. Therefore, saving the guest time and eliminating unnecessary confusion.

Pod Members/space owners can predetermine the number of times that a digital key can be used, and which locks the key is able to open; and then send the digital key invitation link to the recipient via their preferred communication channel (SMS, email, WhatsApp, etc.).  

Once sent, the access code will be valid for 24 hours. When a recipient clicks the invitation link, they will be prompted to download the SALTO KS app if they have not done so already. From there, they can choose guest mode and enter their full name to access the digital key.  

If the guest user has multiple digital access keys, they will be able to select which one to use from the visible list.
