RISCO’s VUpoint Video Solution lets you add video verification to your RISCO alarm system, enabling you to verify whether an alarm event is genuine directly from the iRISCO app on your smartphone. Unlike a conventional standalone CCTV system, you don’t need to search for the right camera or right time slot on a separate app because, with VUpoint, you’ll receive a real-time push notification, a series of images and a 30-second video clip of an alarm event that allow you to see exactly what’s happening and quickly take appropriate action.

VUpoint is integrated with your RISCO alarm system via the RISCO Cloud to enable detectors and cameras to work together automatically. When a detector senses movement, the relevant camera is triggered to record images and video of what the detector is sensing, ensuring that you get the full picture. What’s more, these recordings are stored on both the local NVR and the RISCO Cloud so that you won’t lose valuable evidence is the NVR is damaged or stolen.
