Internal self latching lock

• Two 32 mm x 10 mm zinc plated self latching locking bars.
• 45 mm throw to each locking point (90 mm total extension).
• Latch release triggers the locking bars that engage into latch slots.
• Adjustable to suit door widths from 760 mm up to 960 mm. 
• Internal lever handle that rotates downward through ninety degrees to disengage the locking bars.
• Complies with the Building Code of Australia for use in emergency egress applications.
• Complies with Schools Facilities Standards – Section SS455 Door Hardware.
• Scale 7 rating under Australian Standard AS4145.2 testing.
• Includes brass chrome plated lever handle, hardened steel nut plates, locking bar keepers.
• Surface mounted to the inside of solid core doors.
• For an open out door the lock is fixed using nut plates & threaded rod and the locking bars extend through slots cut into the door jamb.
• Open in doors utilise coach head screws to secure the lock to the door leaf.
• Finished in powder coated Dulux ‘Hammertone Black’.

External Key and lever

• Stainless steel lock body and brass chrome plated lever handle.
• Supplied with 201 6 pin cylinder and stainless steel anti-drill disk.
• Compatible with most restricted keying systems.
• Cylinder rotates 180° to unlocked positon.
• Lever rotates down 55° to fully retract locking bars.
• Key retaining, can be modifed to key retracted in unlocked position.
