Wishing You A Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone! We hope you all had a safe and enjoyable break, and are looking forward to the year ahead.

We have a jam-packed year of events, with an ongoing focus on training and helping you to upskill and take advantage of the latest product opportunities. We’ve got a regional focus this year and our team will be out and about like never before. Our mobile training vehicle (STU) is being refitted over the break and will hit the road in February.

As we enter our 99th year, I often think what my grandfather would make of the locksmith and security industries today. What he’d recognise is our passion for helping customers in business, and showing how a new product can solve a problem – giving
consumers peace of mind, and helping you work efficiently. He’d recognise our passionate and trained staff, and our breadth of
product offer.

The mind would boggle when presented with online ordering, online training, electronics adding convenience and functionality
into all kinds of security products, and the spread of suppliers LSC works with today. What would a person from 99 years ago make of Ai?

Our Web team have a very exciting year ahead with improved product search algorithms coming, and more ways to connect and
stay in touch with our team, and to get help online.

I saw a sneak preview of our upcoming smart lock installation course, and it’s another thing to be excited about as the consumer
demand for the convenience of smart locking products skyrockets.

There is so much work out there for businesses which have the capacity to grow and evolve – and we can’t wait to help you get a slice of that pie.

I look forward to the chance to meet you at an upcoming event, either in a capital city at one of our branches, or in a regional
location with our upcoming program of events.
