The McGrath Locks G3 Gateway is used to connect your devices to a Wi-Fi network. The gateway enables you to remotely control your lock or device via McGrath Locks App. You can add, remove access rights and lock and unlock your device from anywhere in the world.
Multiple gateways can provide enhanced connectivity and redundancy. Where a lock is within Bluetooth range of more than one gateway, the system automatically selects the gateway with the strongest available signal.
The gateway is required to be within 8 - 10 metres of each lock (environment depending) and one gateway can hold up to 100 locks.
